PART I — TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Platform Overview
Visadorm LLC (“Visadorm,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a decentralized digital marketplace platform connecting independent service providers (“Merchants”) with users (“Customers”).
The Platform provides:

Listing & marketplace infrastructure

Smart contract–based escrow and settlement logic

Communication and transaction facilitation
Disclaimer: Visadorm does not directly provide travel, immigration, legal, banking, or financial advisory services. All services are exclusively provided by independent Merchants.
2. Non-Custodial Structure & Digital Asset Settlement
Visadorm is a non-custodial platform. Users retain full control over funds and digital assets:

No fiat deposits or customer bank accounts are held

No pooling or custodial control of digital assets
-
Blockchain transactions are initiated, signed, and authorized solely by users
Supported Digital Assets:

USDC or other blockchain-based assets may be used as a unit of account, escrow reference, or settlement standard
-
Support of digital assets does not constitute exchange, brokerage, or investment services
3. User Eligibility
To access the Platform, users must:

Be at least 18 years old
-
Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
-
Not be restricted under sanctions or applicable law
4. Merchant Relationship
Merchants are independent contractors. Visadorm:

Does not supervise operations
-
Does not guarantee service performance
-
Does not act as agent, broker, or fiduciary
No partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture is created.
5. Fees & Smart Contract Logic

Merchants set service pricing independently
-
Visadorm may charge platform fees
-
Escrow release conditions are automated via smart contracts
-
Funds cannot be redirected outside coded logic
6. Dispute Resolution & Refund Limitations

Visadorm may provide structured dispute tools
-
Responsibility primarily lies with Customers and Merchants
-
Refunds are not guaranteed; see Section V for full Cancellation & Refund Policy
7. Assumption of Risk
By using the Platform, users acknowledge and accept risks including:

Blockchain congestion, smart contract errors, stablecoin volatility

Merchant non-performance
-
Regulatory changes and cybersecurity risks
-
Irreversible blockchain transactions
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visadorm’s total liability is limited to:

$500 USD, or
-
Total platform fees paid in the previous three months
Visadorm is not liable for:

Visa, residency, or citizenship denial
-
Investment losses or financial damages
-
Smart contract malfunctions or wallet compromise
-
Stablecoin issuer actions
9. Arbitration, Class Action Waiver & Governing Law

Disputes resolved by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules

Jury trial waived; no class actions permitted
-
Governed by New Mexico law, without regard to conflicts
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
PART II — REGULATORY & RISK DISCLOSURE
11. Regulatory Compliance & Uncertainty

Digital assets and decentralized technologies are subject to evolving regulations (SEC, FinCEN, CFTC)

Regulatory changes may restrict digital asset usage, require licensing, or limit jurisdictional access
12. Stablecoin & Smart Contract Risks

USDC may depeg or become illiquid
-
Smart contracts may contain bugs or security vulnerabilities
-
Users are fully responsible for blockchain interactions
PART III — KYC / AML COMPLIANCE
13. Compliance, Identity Verification & Sanctions Screening

AML, fraud prevention, and sanctions measures may be applied

Users may be screened against OFAC and other sanction lists
-
Platform access may be restricted in case of suspicious activity
PART IV — PRIVACY POLICY
14. Information We Collect

Personal information: name, email, phone, government ID, business info

Blockchain information: wallet addresses, transaction hashes, smart contract interactions (publicly visible)

Device & usage data: IP, browser type, operating system
15. Use of Information
Information is used to:

Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform

Provide support and verify merchant identity

Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
16. Data Retention & Security

Retained only as needed for services, compliance, or dispute resolution

Users are responsible for wallet and private key security

Blockchain transactions are immutable
17. International Users & User Rights

Data may be processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions

Users may access, correct, or request deletion where legally allowed

Blockchain records cannot be altered or erased
18. Updates & Contact

Privacy Policy may be updated periodically

Continued use constitutes acceptance

PART V — CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
19. Overview

Refunds are processed in USDC via self-custodial wallets
-
Visadorm has no direct access to user funds
-
A 24-hour timelock applies before initiating refunds, unless disputes arise
20. Service-Specific Rules
-
Accommodations: Cancel within the listing period; refunded after timelock
-
Tours & Activities: Provider policies determine refund eligibility
-
Visa & Residency: Refunds only if service has not yet started
-
Travel Insurance: Refunds depend on policy activation and insurer terms
-
Business Formation: Refunds only if service not progressed; government fees non-refundable
21. Refund Eligibility

Requests must be within stated cancellation windows
-
Eligibility depends on service type, provider terms, and service progress

22. Full Platform Disclaimer

Covers platform intermediary role, merchant responsibility, visa approval limits, investment disclosure, crypto risk, escrow limits, third-party integrations, sanctions, arbitration, and wallet responsibilities
Self-Custodial Wallet Responsibility:

Users are solely responsible for wallet security, private keys, and seed phrases
-
Visadorm cannot recover lost wallets or assets
-
Smart contract and merchant transactions are final unless otherwise agreed
-
Users acknowledge all blockchain, digital asset, and service risks

If you do not agree with any part of this document, do not accept it and refrain from using the Platform
