The Platform connects merchants with customers seeking visa services, hotel bookings, tour bookings, travel insurance, business formation, and citizenship by investment.
2. Definitions
- Merchant: An individual or entity that provides services through the Platform.
- Customer: An individual or entity that uses the Platform to purchase services from Merchants.
- Services: Visa services, hotel bookings, tour bookings, travel insurance, business formation, and citizenship by investment services provided by Merchants through the Platform.
3. Platform Use
- Eligibility: The Platform is available to individuals and entities who are at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Registration: Customers and Merchants must register on the Platform to use its services.
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account login credentials.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
- Service Provision: Merchants are responsible for providing high-quality services to Customers.
- *Accuracy of Information*: Merchants must ensure that all information provided about their services is accurate and up-to-date.
- Compliance with Laws: Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Payment: Customers must pay for services in accordance with the payment terms specified on the Platform.
- Use of Services: Customers must use the Services for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
6. Fees and Payment
- Service Fees: Merchants may charge fees for their services, which will be specified on the Platform.
- Platform Fees: We may charge fees for use of the Platform, which will be specified on the Platform.
- Payment Processing: Payments will be processed through our payment processing system.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes between Customers and Merchants: We will facilitate dispute resolution between Customers and Merchants through our customer support team.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be made according to our refund policy.
8. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the Platform or the Services provided by Merchants.
- Indemnification: Customers and Merchants agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: We own the intellectual property rights to the Platform and its content,except for certains photos ,source code that are owned by third parties.All third-party names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. These owners are not affiliated with Visadorm, and have not sponsored or endorsed Visadorm products or services. The content(s) of this website are not financial advice, and is for informational purposes only. Visadorm is not not affiliated with the United States government.
- Use of Intellectual Property: Customers and Merchants may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Conditions for Visa Services
- Application Assistance: Merchants will assist Customers with visa applications, but the final decision on the application will be made by the relevant authorities.
- Documentation: Customers must provide all required documentation and information for the visa application.
Conditions for Hotel Bookings
- Booking Confirmation: Hotel bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies will vary depending on the hotel.
Conditions for Tour Bookings
- Tour Confirmation: Tour bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies will vary depending on the tour operator.
Conditions for Travel Insurance
- Policy Terms: Travel insurance policies will be subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.
- Claims: Claims will be handled by the insurance provider.
Conditions for Business Formation
- Registration: Business formation services will be subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered.
- Documentation: Customers must provide all required documentation and information for business registration.
Conditions for Citizenship by Investment
- Eligibility: Citizenship by investment programs will be subject to the eligibility criteria of the relevant jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, Customers and Merchants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Notice to Restricted Parties
By using the Visadorm platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not a restricted party, including but not limited to:
- Individuals and entities sanctioned by the United States Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
- Individuals and entities listed on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List
- Individuals and entities subject to other economic sanctions, trade restrictions, or embargoes imposed by the United States government or other applicable laws
Important Notice
Visadorm is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to economic sanctions and trade restrictions. However, Visadorm's policy is to provide services to all customers, regardless of their status, without exception.
By using the Visadorm platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not a restricted party, and you are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of a restricted party
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to economic sanctions and trade restrictions
Visadorm's Policy
Visadorm reserves the right to review and verify the identity and status of its customers, and to take any action it deems necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations. However, Visadorm's policy is to provide services to all customers, without exception, unless required by law to do otherwise.
Acknowledgement
By using the Visadorm platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the notice to restricted parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
12. Acceptance
By using the Platform, Customers and Merchants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
